Pearsie Lodge itself is a marvellous large house for groups, celebrations or just a family getaway. Sleeping 16 people in 8 en suite bedrooms, it is particularly appealing to walking and other outdoor groups.
The enormous open plan sitting/dining room is full of charm and the wooden beams and high ceilings hint at the previous life of this barn.
This is a spacious and very well priced house especially when you consider the many en suite bedrooms.
Arrive at this atmospheric property and head into the magnificent entrance hall. Original features and loving decoration mix throughout the property, making it feel homely and grand at once.
The magnificent sitting /dining room is the centrepiece of the property and provides an unforgettably dramatic setting for hosting a special family or group celebration. It features a large open plan inglenook fireplace and dining area that seats 16 comfortably but can be laid out to accommodate up to 40 guests – providing the perfect place for a special celebration or gathering.
The Great Outdoors

High up in the Angus Glens the lodge has outstanding views for miles across the moors and glens. It is absolutely beautiful in this hidden area of Angus and very peaceful with little but the sound of farm animals and birds.
From here you have endless miles to walk or drive north to Glenshee in winter for skiing. Carnoustie, Rosemount and even St Andrews are achievable for golfers and nearby Perth has all the facilities you could need.
